This portal is provided to support client onboarding, approved representative access, care coordination, document review, and billing visibility. Use of the portal does not replace direct clinical judgment, emergency services, or signed care agreements.

Users must provide accurate information, keep access links and login credentials private, and notify Senior Shield if representative permissions, contact details, or care needs change.

Portal messages, requests, approvals, and document actions may be retained as part of the official client service record. Senior Shield may update portal content, access controls, and workflows to meet care, compliance, billing, or security requirements.

Emergency needs should not be submitted through this portal. Call 911 or the appropriate emergency response service when immediate medical or safety intervention is required.
